Quarter Beef Share:

  • Hanging weight generally 200-250 pounds
  • Final cut weight of 110-130 pounds

 

*The $100 is only a non-refundable deposit. We will settle up upon receiving the meat and getting the actual weight ($5.50/lb hanging weight).

 

What To Expect:

  • It's first come, first serve - as soon as you make the deposit you will be added to the list.  Please contact for wait list and next available opening before paying deposit.
  • Once the deposit is received we will email you to confirm your deposit! 
  • You'll fill out your cutting preferences by using our digital cut sheet form on the website.
  • After your animal is delivered to the processor, you will receive an invoice from us.  Processing is included in our price so you only have to pay once!
  • Once it's ready, you will be contacted so you can arrange pickup from the processor
  • Please note, unless otherwise arranged, meat must be picked up within 5 days of being available or further holding charges will occur.   

Other:

  • Beef hangs for 10 days after slaughter for best quality.
  • You do NOT have to pay the processing fee, we will pay it!
  • A quarter beef will need 4-6 cu. ft. of freezer space.
