Quarter Beef Share:
Hanging weight generally 200-250 pounds
Final cut weight of 110-130 pounds
 
*The $100 is only a non-refundable deposit. We will settle up upon receiving the meat and getting the actual weight ($5.50/lb hanging weight).
 
What To Expect:
It's first come, first serve - as soon as you make the deposit you will be added to the list.  Please contact for wait list and next available opening before paying deposit.
Once the deposit is received we will email you to confirm your deposit! 
You'll fill out your cutting preferences by using our digital cut sheet form on the website.
After your animal is delivered to the processor, you will receive an invoice from us.  Processing is included in our price so you only have to pay once!
Once it's ready, you will be contacted so you can arrange pickup from the processor
Please note, unless otherwise arranged, meat must be picked up within 5 days of being available or further holding charges will occur.   
Other:
Beef hangs for 10 days after slaughter for best quality.
You do NOT have to pay the processing fee, we will pay it!
A quarter beef will need 4-6 cu. ft. of freezer space.
