Steers are pastured on grass in the summer months and fed a forage based TMR in barns in the winter.

Our price is $5/lb on the hanging weight, price includes processing.​

The hanging weight is the weight of a beef carcass after it has been slaughtered and processed, but before it's aged, cut, and packaged.

Hanging weight is roughly 65% of the live weight

Final cut weight is generally around 55-60% of the hanging weight, but varies based on cut options selected.

Customer is responsible for final pickup at processor unless otherwise determined.​​
