  • Please fill out the form below to submit an order.

  • If you haven't already, please contact Emmett FIRST for beef availability. 

  • Orders will be processed at J&S Processing in Marshfield, WI. 

  • All customers are responsible for pick-up, unless otherwise discussed. 

  • All items with ** in front have an extra fee.

Steaks: All steaks are cut at 3/4" unless specified. Steaks are vacuum sealed, 2 per pack.

Roasts: All roasts are cut into roughly 2-3# roasts & vacuum sealed, one per bag unless specified.

Rump Roast
Tip Roast
Chuck Roast
Round Bone Roast
Prime Rib Roast

(If selected "Yes" for Prime Rib Roast, this does take away from your ribeye steaks.)

Hamburger: All options that are selected "no" are used as trim & ground into hamburger.
